Deletion Procedure

The Deletion Procedure deletes one or more elements and their connections from the M matrix.

The Deletion Procedure can be applied by simply removing from the M matrix the rows and columns corresponding to those elements.

Note that all the inferred pair-wise relations involving the deleted element should not be deleted.
